    Multiply Leaders used to focus on training up new believers to maintain a good relationship with Jesus and developing godly characters to serve the church. It was a good focus but somewhat inward-looking and emphasized on performing more than transforming. I don't remember a time when I do not have one or more people on my Lead List, but moving forward, my mentoring approach is going to change from knowledge-based to behavior-based and to underscore coaching of the heart. So God help me!
